Advertising and Google Ads API
Published on 1 August 2026.
This page states who publishes ATEQO, how the service is funded, and exactly how the Google Ads API is used. It is published so that this information can be verified publicly, without having to ask us for it.
1. Who we are
ATEQO is a mobile application that optimizes delivery routes for professional drivers. It is distributed on Google Play under the package name com.lkqmlr.cargo.
It is published by a natural person acting in an individual capacity, an independent developer and working professional delivery driver. The publisher's full identity and contact details are given in the legal notice.
2. Our business model
The service is sold directly to the end user, on a subscription basis:
- a free tier with usage limits;
- a paid tier billed monthly or annually, preceded by seven full-access routes granted on sign-up.
Subscriptions are purchased, billed and managed through Google Play. We do not resell any data, we display no advertising inside the application, and we invoice no service to third parties. Current pricing is shown on the home page.
3. Why we advertise
Our users are professional delivery drivers, an audience that organic search alone reaches poorly. We therefore buy online advertising, Google Ads in particular, to make the application known and to measure the cost of acquiring a subscriber.
We are the publisher of the application and the sole advertiser involved. We are not an agency, not a reseller, and we have no clients.
4. How we use the Google Ads API
The tool we are building is a small internal command-line utility. It authenticates with a single OAuth refresh token and operates exclusively on our own advertiser account, linked to our own manager account. It performs four things:
- Campaign management: creating and updating our own campaigns, ad groups, ads and keywords from version-controlled definitions, so that our account structure is reproducible rather than hand-edited.
- Budget and bidding: adjusting daily budgets and bidding strategy targets based on measured performance.
- Reporting: pulling cost, conversion and CPA metrics through GoogleAdsService.search queries, to reconcile advertising spend with our internal product analytics and compute the true return on ad spend of our subscription.
- Negative optimization: automatically pausing keywords, placements and search terms that consume budget without converting.
5. What the tool does not do
It has no user interface, no multi-tenancy and no notion of accounts other than our own. It is operated by one person, and runs locally and on a scheduler.
It is not sold, not distributed and not offered under any white label. It processes no data belonging to a third party, retrieves no data from an account we do not own, and exposes no Google Ads data outside our own internal use.
6. Compliance
The usage described above complies with the Google Ads API Policies and the Google Ads Terms of Service. The performance data we retrieve is used solely to steer our own campaigns, and is neither shared nor resold.
The processing of our users' personal data is described in our privacy policy. Website analytics, including the measurement of our advertising campaigns, is enabled only after explicit consent, as stated in the legal notice.
