1. Publisher

The ateqo.fr website and the ATEQO mobile application are published by a natural person acting in an individual capacity, an independent developer and working professional delivery driver.

Pursuant to Article 6 III-2 of the LCEN, the publisher, a natural person not acting in a professional capacity, does not publish their home address. Their full identity is provided to the host, who holds it at the disposal of the judicial authorities.

3. Mobile application and subscriptions

The ATEQO application is distributed exclusively through the Google Play store, under the identifier com.lkqmlr.cargo.

Premium subscriptions are purchased, billed and managed directly by Google Play. Payment, renewal, cancellation and refund requests are governed by Google's terms and are handled from your Google Play account, not by the publisher.

4. Intellectual property

The ATEQO trademark, logo, interface, texts, visuals and source code of the application and of this website are the property of the publisher and are protected by intellectual property law. Any reproduction or representation, in whole or in part, without prior written authorisation is prohibited.

Routes, base maps and navigation data are provided by Google Maps Platform and remain subject to Google's rights.

5. Personal data

The processing of personal data is described in the privacy policy, drafted in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and the French Data Protection Act.

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to and port your data, which you may exercise at cargo.app.admin@gmail.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL, the French data protection authority.

6. Cookies and audience measurement

This website may set audience measurement cookies intended to analyse its traffic and evaluate its advertising campaigns. These cookies are only set after your explicit consent, collected through a banner on your first visit.

You may change or withdraw your choice at any time via the Cookies link at the bottom of the home page. Declining does not affect access to the website or the operation of the application in any way.

No cookie is used for individual advertising profiling, and no data is sold to third parties.

7. Liability

ATEQO provides route suggestions as an organisational aid. The proposed stop order remains a recommendation: the user alone remains responsible for their driving, for complying with road traffic regulations and for the route actually taken.

The publisher takes reasonable steps to ensure the accuracy of the information published, without guaranteeing the absence of interruption or error. The third-party services used (Google Maps, Google Play, Supabase) are the responsibility of their respective providers.
